Our mission is simple: provide Veterans and Active-Duty Service Members with a nationwide marketplace where they can connect directly with buyers who appreciate military ownership and understand the value of doing business with those who have served. Whether you’re stationed near Fort Bragg, Fort Drum, Fort Cavazos, Fort Campbell, Fort Bliss, Fort Stewart, Fort Benning, or anywhere else in America, our goal is to help bring qualified buyers to your listing.

When you list your vehicle with For Sale By Veteran, you’re not just placing an advertisement. You’re joining a growing community of military families helping one another while reaching civilian buyers across the country. We work every day to increase awareness of your listing and expand the reach of our marketplace so your vehicle receives the exposure it deserves.

Our role is to provide the platform, promote the marketplace, and make the introduction. From there, you remain in control of your sale and negotiate directly with interested buyers. We believe this approach gives you the best opportunity to receive fair market value without the limitations often associated with dealerships or trade-ins.

First, choose your Ad package:

Basic Ad Package – $10:

• Your vehicle is advertised on our VEHICLE INVENTORY page for up to 30 days or until sold, whichever comes first
• Submit up to 5 pictures of your vehicle for your Ad
• 250 Character description of your vehicle
• Anyone can find your vehicle by searching for the vehicle make, then clicking on the Ad.
• Potential Buyers can connect with you via phone or email. Your choice

Premium Ad Package – $49:

• Your vehicle will be featured on the Home page and at the TOP of the VEHICLE INVENTORY page
• Reach is focused on Civilians but includes Veterans and Active-Duty Military moving to the area
• Your vehicle is advertised for up to 90 days or until sold, whichever comes first
• Submit up to 20 pictures of your vehicle to capture images from every important angle
• 500 Character description of your vehicle
• Potential Buyers can connect with you via phone or email. Your choice.
• Anyone can find your vehicle by searching for the vehicle make, then clicking on the Ad.

Additionally, along with the Vehicle details, you can provide information about yourself to be included in the Ad. The Premium Ad is designed to help create a bond, of sorts, with potential buyers. It helps buyers to feel a personal connection to you. Your first name or a Call sign can be used on the Premium Ad if you choose to use one. It helps buyers to understand that they’re not just purchasing a car. They are supporting a Veteran/Active-Duty Service Member in the process. They’re saying, “Thank You for Your Service!” while buying something their family needs.
