We understand that military life often requires difficult decisions regarding relocation, PCS moves, deployments, retirements, and transitions to civilian life. Selling a home during these important life events can be stressful, and our mission is to help make the process easier.

Posting your home on FSBV is a simple and affordable way to connect with buyers across the country who appreciate military service and are looking for quality homes from trusted sellers. Many of our visitors are civilians who want to support Veterans and Active-Duty Military families while finding the right home for themselves. Others are military families looking to purchase in communities they know and trust.

When you list your property with us, you gain access to a growing nationwide audience. You create the listing, tell the story of your home, and provide the details. We then work to promote the marketplace and connect interested buyers with you. Once the introduction is made, you remain in control of the process and can communicate directly with potential buyers.

• Submit up to 5 pictures of your home for your Ad
• 250 Character description of your home
• Potential Buyers can connect with you via phone or email. Your choice

Premium Ad Package – $59

• Your home is featured on the home page and at the TOP of the REAL ESTATE INVENTORY page
• Reach is focused on Civilians but includes Veterans and Active-Duty Military moving to the area
• Your home is advertised for up to 180 days or until sold/rented – (Review Refund & Renewal Policy)
• Submit up to 30 pictures to capture the most important features of your home, from every important angle
• 500 Character description of your home
• Anyone can find your home by searching by State or searching For Sale or For Rent, then clicking on the Ad
• Potential Buyers can connect with you via phone or email. Your choice

Additionally, along with your Homes details, you can provide information about yourself to be included in the Ad. The Premium Ad is designed to help create a bond, of sorts, with potential buyers. It helps buyers to feel a personal connection to you. Your first name or a Call-sign can be used on the Premium Ad if you choose to use one. It helps buyers to understand that they’re not just renting or purchasing a home. They are supporting a Veteran/Active-Duty Service Member in the process. They’re saying, “Thank You for Your Service!” while buying or renting something their family needs.
